Exchange and Return Policy

At Mangarataia, our main objective is to make our customers' experience the best possible and this could not be different when it comes to making exchanges or refunds.

We accept returns within 30 (thirty) calendar days due to regret after receiving your order and exchanges within 30 (thirty) calendar days, both the return and the first exchange, the shipping costs are at our expense.

In cases of manufacturing defects, an exchange can be requested within 90 (ninety) calendar days as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

Did you buy your bikini at Mangarataia and want to exchange it? No problem, just follow the step-by-step instructions below:

1) To start the exchange or return procedure, simply contact us from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 through our official service channels:

>> Avoid calling on more than one channel at the same time, as this slows down the queue process. You will be served on any of them! <<

2) When contacting us, tell us if you wish to exchange or return the product and explain in detail the reason for the exchange.

2.1) In the event of any defect or damage to the part, please attach photos that illustrate the problem.

3) Our team will reply to your email with the Reverse Logistics Code so that you can post the order back to us at no cost at any post office.

3.1) The Code sent is valid for thirty days, so pay attention to the deadline for posting. If the code expires, the postage costs will be the customer's responsibility. The sooner you send it, the faster the exchange will be.

4) All returned products are analyzed upon receipt, this process can take up to 10 business days. Please note that the products cannot show signs of use and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).

4.1) Any product that is defective due to improper use or washing will not be refunded or exchanged. In these cases, the product will only be returned upon payment of the return shipping cost.

5) If the products meet the conditions mentioned above, you will receive a new shipment of the products chosen when requesting exchanges or a refund to the same credit card used for the purchase or current account from which the payment was made (in the case of payment by Pix or boleto).
